Warm-Toned Countryside Bedroom

Budget: £5,000

Style Preferences: Transitional, Scandinavian & Modern

“The deliverables for this bedroom redesign were to add depth and texture to the space without compromising the natural light. Being a new-build home, it lacked character and individuality so implementing warm tones makes the room much more inviting.”

This spacious bedroom has been reimagined to put cosiness and relaxation at its core. Many new-build houses lack a uniqueness that all homes deserve so by working closely with our client to understand their preferences we were able to create an elegant and inviting master bedroom.

Its neutral colour palette, with pockets of darker browns and wooden textures, contrast the existing white walls to bring some warmth into the room. Grey-toned furniture, for example the dressing table and chest of drawers, add elegance when complimented by charming brass hardware.

Strategic lighting has been placed on the walls to draw your eyes upwards and create a warm ambience at night as well as offering a unique appearance. The wooden ceiling light also introduced interesting shapes to the room to break up the neutral palette.

Soft furnishings are key to making a space feel like home and give any room that ‘lived in’ appeal. A large area rug, curtains and cushions all contribute welcoming textures that make you feel relaxed.
